In 1993, as part of Bimad’s diversifying scheme in both scope and vision, Bimad Co. ventured into Real Estate development in Lebanon. Its goal was to provide top quality luxury housing (in one of the Middle East’s most beautiful countries) to interested buyers in Kuwait and the rest of the Gulf. Within 10 years of the division’s launch, Bimad had executed more than 25 residential projects carrying over 400 sold-out luxury apartments in the most prestigious locations in the mountains of Lebanon including Bshamoun, Khaldeh, Jounieh, Qurnayil, Broumana, Bhamdoun, Doha, Ajaltoun, Faraya and Ouyoun Al-Siman Ski resort. |

Bimad Co. was the talk of the town. It would go on to win several awards for its punctuality, eminence, and integrity.
Bimad’s last real estate project was the prestigious Blanche Neige chalets built at 2,000 meters high on the ski resort grounds in Ouyoun Al-Siman, Faraya. This project of fully furnished luxury chalets (including underground parking, chimneys & fireplaces, and parquet flooring) is owned and operated exclusively by Bimad Co. Bimad Co. had built itself a legacy in entrepreneurship and solidified itself as a name to be associated with efficiency, solidity, and honor. |
